Taking Thyroxine

Should it be taken last thing at night or first thing in the morning. If in the morning, how long before my first cuppa? I have read different reports as to when to take it. Tia

I take mine in the morning, closely followed by cup of tea. Breakfast 30 mins or so after.

Take it anytime as long as it is the same time everyday.
Morning seems a popular time.

I usually take a glass of water up with me at bedtime and then take it as soon as I wake up in the morning

I do the same as fruit salad. The pharmacy instruction is to take the tablets in the morning so I take them first thing.

Mrs BT has been on Thyroxine for about 25 years. She takes hers first thing just after she's put the kettle on.

I take it 30 min before meal in the morning. As I know it is important to take it namely before meal.
