Actually, I wouldn't have anything done. I can't bear the thought of being sliced or sucked. I suppose I answered the question thinking of of an ideal world of no pain or inconvenience as well as no money paid.

I know it's a long way off till they get it right but in all sincerity I would like a total body transplant into something resembling Brad Pitt. Perhaps by then there might be other equally desirable male body forms to choose from, as long as I didn't end up with their vacuous minds (I kind of like the one I have most of the time).
