Went out at 9.00,a bit grey and overcast. Came back at 11.00,cold,blowing a gale and pouring with rain,and thats how it is supposed to be all day. Roll on summer.

No Definitely not fed up with it. The early mornings and evenings are getting lighter. Would like a few snowy days before spring erupts.

it has got to me - where does it all come from. heat is on full blast but backs of legs are freezing and have socks and slippers on

Yep - had some washing on the line - nearly dry - but took my eye off the ball & now it's been well dampened as the horizontal drizzle snuck in without asking :(

Hi, Giveup.....If I can do nothing about something I don't let it get to me, usually.

This winter is a bit different and if it's a sign of what's to happen on a more regular basis then we need to learn how to deal with it and prepare.
Though if the help the people of Somerset received is anything to go by that's not going to happen.

Climate change can't be ignored......but imagine if it changed so much and so suddenly that this carried on through our "summer"...

What would you do?.......I guess I would get a fair bit of sewing and knitting done....and decorating.....☺

This morning we had sunshine, enough for me to get three pairs of jeans dry on the line! This afternoon later on it turned overcast and grey . Then approximately 4.30pm/5pm we had rain.
Im near the south-east coast.
Our local forecast early this morning said it will be fine dry and sunny here all Saturday and Sunday.

I walked home in the rain and got soaked even with my umbrella up, which kept blowing inside out! Definitely not walking anywhere outside for the next 4 days :o)
