Medico said today that I have slight arthritis in my toes and to take aceclofenaco 100mg morning and night when it was hurting. Then he waffled on about taking paracetamol or ibruprofen and to be honest I couldn't understand it all. Do I have to take paracetamol and when?

:-)...can't say what the "waffle" was netty, but aceclofenaco is an NSAID and as he suggested taken night and morning. if in between, your pain rears it's ugly head, then you can take paracetamol........that is my interpretation.

Although, if in the middle of the day, the pain appeared again, I would take another aceclofenaco, but that is your shout netty.
