The ones I have need to bestepped into or pulledon over your head. Getting them on and off is a feat of agility.

I tried a similar type of bra,it was not a pretty sight, flat and spreading comes to mind.

i don't think i'd bother with £1 one, a decent sports bra is essential at the gym or my bazookas will go of at all angles. the ones i have take me a good 10 minutes to wrestle into it, but once they are in they're not going anywhere!!!!
