Having seen the cut backs in Benefits / Funding / Is it not time the the M.P's. Should encourage the public by cutting their own Fiddles / Expenses / wages to help the Purse? or is that too much to ask of our Servants?

No,...pay of an MP is ludicrously low.....so the perks are "part of the game."

Fiddles - should be prosecuted.
Expenses - should be in line with what self employed people can claim for.
Wages - No.

In fact MOST occupations have their perks.......some larger than others......if i told you the perks that were available in the NHS........you hair would curl...

I know what your on about Sqad, but in time it will come out.
MPs pay tax on their income, whereas £500pw benefit cap is tax free.
The day MP's stop lining their own pockets will be the day hell freezes over
