Hello anyone know if I can take Alli / oralistat whilst on sertraline antidepressant? I'm mainly worried about whether antidepressant will still be properly absorbed if I take Alli

it won't have any effect at all.....keep taking your antidepressants! sertraline has rather potent discontinuation symptoms if stopped suddenly.

I was on antidepressants and xenical , the only thing I was told was not to take them together , I would take my antidepressant just before bed with a multivitamin which you need when on xenical
