Have you got any eye drops or wash you can put in (lots) to lubricate the eye and lens (to help it move more) to help get it out? Make sure your fingers are really dry after to help the lens stick to it.
As others have said, if you can't get to your opticians (many are open on a Sunday though opening hours may be less than usual), preferably one who operates the red eye service, then you could try a walk in centre who has nurses on duty or your local minor injuries unit.
