When you put an item on sale and put a counter for you to see how many views, would the viewing go up when you see the item your self each time ?

No, it is only other people viewing it that count.

Would it count if I logged out of my ebay account and then view the item ?

I believe the counter only works once from each computer, not sure if this is only other than your computer. Maybe if you clear your cookies it will register another visit?
