my bank account was verified on paypal in july and £700 has gone throught there via ebay since then. suddenly the other week ebay was asking me to set up a seller fees payment option, i had used paypal to pay them up to then. so i selected paypal but ebaywill not let me list anything suddenly because i have no seller fees payment in place but when i select paypal i go throught he set up screens and when i get to paypal it says add bank account, when i add it is says lready verified , so i can't list anything and after several phone calls in the last 3 weeks and now 2 hous with these live advisors online i am still nowhere they keep sending me round in cirlces
