can anyone tell me if drinking alcohol whilst taking a course of amoxicillin cancels out the medication??:-0

Won't make you sick but will make antibiotics less effective in my experience.

The mere fact that you are taking an "anti -antibiotic" is going to effect the efficacy more than the alcohol.... :)
