I went to GP today and she said it is a trapped nerve in my chest I fell asleep on my left side for 6 hours last night, and GERD I was given omeprazole 20mg once a day and take paracetemol for a pulled muscle and diazepam if I have to. It is agony but I did walk 1 1/2 miles to the surgery and I was told that if I was having a heart attack there would be no way I could do that!! I always imagine its the worst case scenario thank God i didnt dial 999 at 33oam
