Giff gaff on sold phone

I have recently sold an old phone which had £15 giffgaff contract. It has about half of that left on it now. The giffgaff was signed up for and purchased in my name.
Since I have sold the phone to somebody else can they keep topping up the giffgaff in my name with my details ie money coming out of my account?
I can't remember how it works.
