There are 2 elements of my diet that I would like to change in order to help with weight loss based on most people saying that cutting out dairy/wheat/bread could help. For breakfast I have Shreddies with milk because it sets me up for the morning and I don't feel hungry until lunchtime. For lunch I have sandwiches with processed meat, this fills me up too but is also convienient. I wonder if anybody could suggest replacements for my cereal/sarnies combo that would a) fill me up b) be easy to prepare

You can alter this really simply to be more beneficial to your health. Shreddies are basically wheat, sugar and salt. Milk is obviously dairy. Try porridge made with water and soya milk, or rye bread (wheat free) toasted with honey, organic peanut butter or houmous. The porridge oats will definitely stop you from feeling hungry all morning- and you can always add a banana to it!

Processed meat is pretty useless stuff nutritionally- it is mainly water, nasty off cuts of earholes and feet, mixed with sugar, salt and dye. You could have oatcakes, with or without houmous, mushroom spread, peanut butter etc, and add a fruit bar and some nuts. Or rice crackers. You could still have the occasional wholemeal roll or sandwich but make it from scratch rather than buy it. Use organic bread, and have tuna (in water) or mackerel salad rather than the meat.

Or you could make a potato salad with avacado and tuna/mackerel or 3 bean salad and take it in a tub to work!

All these take more time, but they are SO worth it!

P.S Carol Vorderman's detox is the one to follow- and you will find lts more recipes in her books.
try cous cous for lunch with tuna or chicken and a couple of peppers, sweetcorn or tomatoes thrown in.you can add literally anything you want,  you can easily prepare it the night before and it only takes about 3 minutes!
yes in know its rolled in wheat flour, but its one of the most versatile, cheap and easy to prepare lunches and it will fill you up. remember you can't cut everything out, life is about enjoying.
If I want sandwiches I always buy Nimble brown. It's in an orange wrapper, low in carbs, and makes great toast too.
There is nothing wrong with what you are eating whatsoever as long as you are exercising regularly.
I did a detox fro msome beek and i made up my own muesli from seeds adn nuts adn raisins and fresh fruit and had it with soya milk. I actually prefer it to whet based cereals
actually i got the diet from a book not a beek. i must be working too hard
