Persevere, tinks, it's worth it. Sometimes things come up which might be uncomfortable, but it's better to face them then file them, rather than just shove them under the carpet. It WILL put you back in control again x

Same to you firewatch, just make a thread or give us a shout on a throaway email!!! ....few of us in the same boat, i feel lucky in a way to have here to chat?

Some things seem LUDACRIS that they may affect me, and if they turn out to be significant i think ill be mad or as far to say embarrased ...but the "big issues" i predicted have started to arise already....

Next step is CBT.....I just sit there blubbing when i go. However i hope the focus shifts on how to deal with the panic attaks and more the thoughts i ge as i feel attacks are almost under control xxx
tinks, it will. It did for me, it can do it for you. You just have to want it to work, and I know you do.

Stay with it tinks, there are more people with problems than you realise. Everyone is looking out for you ( and firewatch). Offload your problems at your counselling session, don't hold back.
