Something to do with the aluminium in the anti-perspirants which can get into your blood and can go towards causing breast cancer

Absorption of aluminium has been linked to alzheimers.  The possibility of succumbing to this cruel disease had me searching for an alternative.  The most effective one so far is called Pitrock and can be found in chemists, healthfood shops or online at www.pitrock.com .  It's a crystal which you wet and rub onto your pits!  Apparently it's the chemical makeup of the crystal which prevents bacteria from forming, thus preventing the nast whiff.  It really does work.  I've tried the tea tree ones, the aloe ones, the japanese spa ones but they all left me sticky and smelly within half a day. If you fance an alternative then give it a try.

I'm not a tree hugger, honest!
