Anyone tried this? I've had sinus trouble for years & live off sinus relief tablets. The lady at boots recommended this & it's brilliant! It's a salt/bicarb wash, not very nice but very good.
prev back and muscle problem please advise.

After I had my septoplasty a few years ago I had to use a nasal douche with boiled salt water for 3 weeks, I hated it but it did seem to clear my sinuses very well. I suppose what you are using is very similar.

Yes daffy, you mix the powder in a bottle provided then sqeeze up each nostril.

I use sterimar which is filtered sea water. Superb for sorting sinusitis and also very comforting...bit messy but totally not unpleasant.
