Hi All

Have got the above printer and all was well until I changed the colour cartridge yesterday.

Now it won't print properly. If I run the calibration page it just prints the black bits and even then not very well. I have cleaned, calibrated and tested several times but it still won't print anything colour and black not very well.

It is a proper Kodak cartridge.

Does anyone have any ideas please?

Thanks all

Are you absolutely sure the new cartridge is seated properly in the printer?
Daft question based on experience - is paper fed in correct way up?
Question Author
Yes paper is right way up and cartridge is seated properly.
Again, daft things that have worked for me in the past with this printer: switch off, wait a couple of mins and sitch on again. Let it power up and then try it out.
Take the cartridge out again ..
Heat the nozzle end in steam from a kettle a few times and shake cartridge like crazy. If you wipe the discharge end on some tissue .. you should be able to see the colours.
Fit and try again.

Thanks for replies guys.

Albags, tried that and only the bluey colour came out. Do you think it is a dodgy cartridge?
Luckily I bought it from Amazon and they are sending another one.
Yes I do ..
Did you steam it enough?
Probably a mis-fill .. or a completely blocked cartridge!
