you fractured her spine, and you're pleading not guilty?

Up to five years imprisonment on conviction by jury trial.

yes as it wasnt me attacking her it was both of us arguing she was pulling and scratching me and i pushed her over
And how did the accident happen?
What do you mean 'accident' exactly.
That will probably make all the difference.
"argument that got out of hand" ?
As Sara says, are you really serious about pleading not guilty.?
For Gods sake, you all but broke the girls back. How you can think that pleading
not guilty,as it was accidental, beggars belief.

as in i didnt want to hurt her at all i just wnted her to stop pulling n scratching me i nver hit her or anything like that
and what does she think? that it was reasonable force?
Why has this gone to Crown Court? Are you telling the full story?
Just for your info, The prosecution must prove under section 20 that either the defendant intended, or actually foresaw, that the act might cause some harm. It is not necessary to prove that the defendant either intended or foresaw that the unlawful act might cause physical harm of the gravity described in section 20. It is enough that the defendant foresaw some physical harm to some person, albeit of a minor character, might result: (R v Savage; DPP v Parmenter [1992] 1 A.C 699).

"Why has this gone to Crown Court?"
