Boots have a very large selection of false eyelashes, they have some that are very natural looking.

Thanks daffy I'll have a look. Any other recommendations out there ??
I havent tried any as yet but Ive been told by a makeup artist friend that the Nicola ones from the girls aloud range are supposed to be nice and natural,I agree though would love to try them but If look like any of them from towie they will be coming straight off.
"falsh eyelasses" shurely?
They had quite a few in Superdrug when I was looking around earlier. Seems to be more popular than before to get finer ones now as I've seen loads in looking around shops recently, more fancy dress shops trying to find a mask for a masquerade ball.

After a disaster DIY attempt I went to MAC for mine and they put them on for me within the price including selecting the ones they thought were best for me and trimming them to size. Was £8 but this was nearly a couple of years ago so not sure how much now.
Ah, looks like they are £10 now...

Have you thought about buying individual lashes instead of strip lashes? they work in the same way i.e you glue them on but as they are individual little ones with three options of short, medium and long, you can control the intensity of the look. I use them and only put them on the outer corners of my eyes for a feminine and gentle look rather than drag queen! You can get them from most boots/superdrug stores.
hmmmm.....I've got loads of samples. If you give me throwaway email in 30mins I may be able to help
oh schitt, she's not here :(
I have worn false lashes, day and night, for the last 10 years. I wear glam ones for evening dos, but I wear the Nicola Roberts daytime ones (white box) all the time and am always told I have beautiful lashes. People are always shocked when I explain they're false, though.

DON'T put any mascara on them- there's no need! Curl and mascara your own lashes and THEN apply the lashes. I can re-use mine for weeks because I don't put anything on them.
You can get Eylure ones from superdrug which are probably the most popular brand. There naturalites no.020 (I think) are the finest ones. I like their 107's but they are a bit fuller. I also really like the Ardell ones, also from superdrug, they seem to fit my eye well.. couldn't really tell you about what number to get or anything though. Superdrug own brand ones are actually really good and they are the cheapest out of the lot.. :)
I might have a go at mine tomorrow night for a do. Still have my MAC ones but have no glue and haven't found anywhere that just sells the glue itself, only with the lashes. I've found some really cheap lashes with glue but not sure if the cheap glue will hold up after my nightmare first attempt when I ended up taking my DIY stuck on ones off as they kept falling in my eyes.

It's a masquerade ball though so might just cop out and keep my mask on :) Been determined to wear them again though.

PS I can personally verify Whiskey looking lovely! I wouldn't have known they were always fake ones x
Aw, thanks, lovely! :) Have a fab time tomorrow- the ball sounds fantastic! x
