Can anyone give advice on this , please ?

Elderly relative (aged 92) has taken her methotrexate as normal on Tuesday of this week then again today by mistake.
10mg methotrexate.
She also takes thyroxin, omeprazole, folic acid , ferrous sulphate and paracetamol.
Should I be acting, or 'monitoring'

No big deal.....there won't be a lot to monitor.

Thanks, sqad, you're a pal.
I phoned her pharmacist who got all hot under the collar about it, but I kind of thought it was a small dose, so , as you so reassuringly say, no big deal.
