for a while now ive suffered bloating and upset stomach trying to pin point exactly whats causing it. today ive only eaten a cheese scone in a cafe and ive had those exact symptoms since. does it look like a wheat intolerance.? just curious for feedback before a possible trip to the doctors. thanks.

I am not a big fan of food allergies or intolerances, but at the age of 62 years old would be last on my list of diagnoses.

With that short history that you have given my first thoughts would lie with the Gall Bladder, but a trip to the doctor is essential.
