What is the best brown eyeliner? I lost mine and it was perfect, I don't remember the make. Preferably not over about �10.

17 do a lovely eyeliner. not too hard, not too soft, sharpens easily. fairly cheap too.

just bought a Ruby and Millie, �9 and excellent.
