what would you say was the quiestest and busiest time to go, after say, midday?

this place shuts at 10pm

possibly 330, when mums are collecting their children from school - but it does depend entirely on the gym's clientele.

Ratter is correct. That would be the best time to go, and think you would find it quietest then.
