Hello flipthe switch. I hope yo are feelin less anxious today. I don't fully
understand panic attacks, though I often feel anxious, but it affects me in
different ways. I hope you have family and friends to support you. The loneliest
and most difficult times often come in the middle of the night. I hope things
seem better for you in the light of day. Regards Cupid.xxx.

I don't know how to copy or paste, I was just trying to be a decent human
being and wishing another aber well.
Fliptheswitch - I have just read your post from last night and I hope that you feel a little better.

In the past I have found that when I feel like you were feeling my blood sugar was usually low - an excuse to eat something!

I also have have other mental health problems and often feel overwhelmed with the cr4p going on in my head.

I often say that I am not really afraid of death - but living freaks me out.

cupid - I think that trim was referring to the way the words in your post are spaced out. This often happens when someone uses copy and paste. But he did put a smile at the end of his post.

Yes .. hope you're o.k flip! Thanks cupid!
Well this is very sweet. Thankyou so much Cupid, you have brought a smile to my face.
I've suffered with panic attacks/anxiety on and off for the past ten years. Certain situations seem to make it worse, like tiredness and stress.
I've had a few personal issues this past month, and it just seems to be making the whole anxiety issue a whole lot worse.
I don't really have any family members around at the moment, although I can pick up the phone and speak to them, which sometimes helps. I just seem to get myself in a vicious cycle, thinking something awful is about to happen. It seems silly now, but at the time, it's very real.
Thankyou for your kind words. :-)
there is a website called no more panic that has some good advice
i left you a post on your first thread, i didn't see your post till early this morning, and i said that no one should tell you to pull yourself, hope that you do talk to someone, even to the doctor who can help, whatever it takes,
been in this situation from early on, it can take a bad event, trauma to bring it all back, please take care.
Thanks for the comment on the other thread, em10. I wish it was as easy as "pulling myself together". Nice to know there are some people on here who are understand and sympathetic to other peoples problems. Many thanks.
