One girl lost 11lbs in 3wks using it! No other exercise or changes!! A few inches wouldnt go amiss but id like to tone!! Ive jumped into bed so tired! Thank god!! Xx

well it would be toning I would be doing I will be running rowing and lifting lots of weights and at that stage I will be looking for even the smallest of changes in tone so maybe, maybe not? I think it will come down to price at the end of the year
