fractured shoulder and flying

hi, my son fractured his shoulder 2 weeks ago he has no plaster cast on bit it is pinned he should fly to cyprus next week which is just over 3 weeks after he broke his shoulder does anyone know whether he will be able to fly or not.? thank you

The best thing to do would be for him to contact his Dr and ask him, I think his Dr would be able to give him documentation declaring his fitness to fly.

Personally, I really don't think it will be a problem
I don't think the airline will stop him. They fly people home with much worse injuries.

Get him to check with the airline to be on the safe side....just in case he might need a doctors note.
The main reason they may not permit him to fly is for safety purposes. If the airline believe he can access toilet facilities and get on/off the plane without problems, they SHOULD let him fly.
