Sorry I am having trouble with website, can't give answer. Trying question again. I gave up sports some time ago, but doesn't seem to be getting any better. I know it takes time because I had plantar fasciaitis some years ago and it took approx., 18thmonths before it disappeared. I just thought somebody might have some ideas to relieve it. I've had ice packs, heat, massage and so on.

Why dont you try wearing a copper magnetic bracelet, I wear one and my whole family swear by them, gotta be worth a go. Try magnetic healthcare.com. Let me know if it helps, if you go down this route..........sounds mad I know but it worked for me!
