Each day I have times when my stomach bloats extremely large, I feel like I am 10 months p.g.  I do not have many pains but the swelling is very uncomfortable and makes it harder for me to breathe.  Alot of times it happens after I eat.  Sometimes I just get out of bed go to the bathroom to urinate and after standing up it will get very large.  It stays that way for sometimes 15 min. to 1 hr.  Can anyone give me an idea of what this may be?  Thank you very much!

You really need to get yourself down to the doctor. Nobody on this site can diagnose what your experencing.

but we could try and guess ... from experience i would suggest that you may well have a food intolerance / allergy or irritable bowel syndrome. For me its milk, my stomach bloats up about and hour after i eat it a very common one would also be wheat / gluten... i would suggest a trip to the doctor to be on the safe side but you should also try cutting out food stuffs like wheat for a month and see if there is an improvement. Also try keeping a food diary to see if there is a pattern to what you eat and how you stomach reacts
It 'could' be IBS, but best to make an appointment with your GP -today!
