Toddler temperature while in bed

OUr Gp diagnosed my 18mnth old with a vomiting bug today and we've treating her with calpol and fluid. Shes been sleeping since 7pm and i just checked her temp with an "in the ear" thermometer and it read 38. Do I wak her up to give her a dose of calpol or should I lt her sleep?

I presume you have checked since your last post, if its steady at 38 and not above give another dose and do some tepid sponging, if it rises any higher seek advice.

Leave her alone.
Sleep will do her more good than Calpol
She should have improved by now.
