today i tried really hard to stick to a 200 calorie diet. i managed till around 8pm when my mum forced me to eat and i lost controll over food again. i got so annoyed. because of this tomorrow i am not going to eat anything and im going to go to gym to make up for what happened today. i have a feeling that im going to feel very hungry after gym. how can i controll myself? it's definately the last time im going over 500 calories because i always lose controll:-(

I don't know why you've posted this in Health & Fitness. If you eat only 500 calories a day, you'll be neither healthy or fit. You'll be ill.
yoyo dieting like you are doing is more likely to make you fatter not thinner, you are screwing with your metabolism and it will slow drastically causing you to gain weight.
