Has anyone purchased one of these? If so, can you tell me how long you think you should hold each piose in the exercise leaflet? It's a real pain because there are just pictures and no written guidelines whatsoever!!!!
TIA xx

My wife asked me does it involve sitting on a vibrating lunchbox?
If you have never used one of these vibration plates before I would start off with holding each pose for no more than 2 minutes. You will feel like this is not working but you should feel it in your muscles the following day.The time can be increased gradually as you get used to it.

These are the professional and original ones Krusty, there are many cheaper variations around now so they can be purchased for home use,the Carl Lewis one is one of those I presume.

Is that you legend/krusty?

I would imagine 2 people could fit on the larger power plates.........but I imagine all that intense vibrating in the 'nether regions' could be quite uncomfortable for a fella.lol
