Has anyone done the Tesco Diets online, Was just wondering how they got on and is it worth joining?
prev Hayfever - what could i be allergic to?
  
next Can anyone recommend treatments for anxiety? Hypnotherapy?

I tried it but wasn't too impressed. I subsequently joined Nutracheck and I have lost nearly 4 stone in the last 6 months.
