what sort of things are you eating??

does it only happen at certain times. i.e on an evening after dinner??
Where do you mean when you say "stomach is bloated?"
Above the belly button, below it or all of it?

Are you passing normal amounts of water normally?

Do your ankles swell?

My guess?....nothing to do with water retention.
srink plenty of water, sounds silly but if it is water retention this will help
sorry drink plenty

all over but alot of pressure below belly button so uncomfortable standing up, drinking pints of water and altho weeing very often still alot of pressure there
So it's NOT water retention.

Excess gas in the colon ?IBS or as 4get says, come off the diet.
