Hi schultz.

In hot weather one tends to sweat a lot and this can block the ducts of the sweat glands (Sudorific Glands) and seat builds under the skin and causes a "bump"

Treatment: if there is just one area then an ice pack or packet of frozen peas is effective. If more generalised calamine lotion, messy but effective.

Thank you Sqad. I think I must get too warm during the night, as the heat spots have appeared in the morning. I have about 6 at the moment, so perhaps it is time to change to a lighter weight duvet. I think I'll try the calamine lotion. Thanks again. Schutz.
Anti-histamine tablets or Eurax cream both work well for me.

thanks Masma, I'll try the cream.

Hi everybody. this Kakaduka, whoever it is was all over the site with adverts last week, under the name of Daduka which was reported, hence the name change. Reported again today.
The answer below is true, drink plenty of fluids during the day as when you get tired later on your body temperature rises, this is because of increased metabolism as your body needs to regenerate.
