Laser eye treatment

I haven't had it done but I have friends who have and they can't recommend it enough. If only I had the money...

i am going to start saving up for it - know people who have had it and were thrilled.....

I have asked the same question here before too and loads of people said it was worth having!
I think ultralase are doing 2 or maybe 3yrs 0% too!!

I wanted to get it done a year or two ago - saw lots of consultants - but my eyes aren't suitable.

I can recommend I only needed one eye doing and I could see the numbers on the buses as soon as I had the op out of the hotel window.
It was quite an eye opener, sorry for the pun.

Someone told me that her hubby saw the "from �495" advert on tv and booked an appointment for them both.They had to be there quite early,they then waited around most the morning for eye tests to be done,after that they were sent off out off the clinic to have lunch while they waited for their appointment with the specialist in the afternoon.It was late afternoon before they got the results. Her problem was not suitable for laser surgery, and his would cost �2119, so if you do decide to look into it,be prepared for a long day,and certainly don`t assume ( as i stupidly did )that the price would be much nearer the price quoted on the advert for most types of treatment than it turned out to be.

I was done about 5 years ago.. absolutely fantastic!

I didn't have any pain, but it stung a bit for a couple of days. they give you drops to relieve this.
