fair price for electrician

what would be a fair price for an electrician to charge me to replace a 3 armed ceiling light on a dimmer switch, with a basic celing pendant light on a normal on/off swicth.

It's less than an hours work, so I'd charge you �20 plus the bits (around �5 tops) add to that something for travel if more than 10 minutes away so around �30 maximum, certainly not much more. Where are you?

thanks for your answer. I was hoping it would be something like that. I have actually got a couple of electricians that I know, but I didnt want to get them round to quote/do me the job before I had a bit of an idea on the cost.
I would of said between �20 and �30 depending on the distance of travel....
