Im taking my 3yr old to the doctors in the morning anyway but just wanted a few opinions tonight, tested my daughters wee with test sticks tonight, they r 3yrs out of date but was worried as shes been weeing a lot lately (diabetes in my family), glucose was fine but her PH level was V V V high, anyone know what this means? older daughter tested hers and is fine so its not because the sticks are out of date.

You're seeing the GP in the morning so don't worry.
Hi there, a high pH without any glucose strongly indicates your daughter has a Urinary Tract Infection.

Also, eating or drinking lots of acidic juices and fruits can sometimes cause a false high reading.

Even the fact that she's drinking lots indicates an infection. Her body is probably working to flush it out of her system.

I wouldn't assume diabetes just yet!
