Oh guys i am here for you we must be all predressed lol!!!
try to stay positive, you have your health, ? all your family are ok? you have somewhere to live and you have a job and food to eat, and if you fall over on a banana skin somebody will have had a laugh, so you made somebodys day, breathe in the fresh air, look up at the sky when it is dark it is amazing, always think of the glass half full not half empty, I will go now case I do your head in.
I feel a little like that just now, but all I keep thinking is (check out post in CB) my life could be a hell of a lot worse, in fact it couldn't be better at least I am alive. Although partner not talking to me, and gran in hospital, no-one to t alk to, hence on here......
