what is the best slimming pill on the market at present? for an appetite suppresant only!! i dont want any views on going to gym because i allready do that!! thanks

May accelerate Parkinsons', Huntingtons, Alzheimers, Multiple Sclerosis in susceptible people.

Ethel is spot on. There is no LONG TERM slimming pill, but there are just two alternatives.
1) Silbutramine (Reductil)
2) Orlistat (Xenical)
Both have differing actions and both MAY have uncomfortable side affects.
One presumes that you would have to try to see which one is tolerable.
Rimonibant..Ethel has said it all, but oddly enough it only works on 2out 5 patients.

Apple cider vinegar tablets apparently supress the appetite i believe and helps break down stored fat, my sister swears by them! She trains a lot as well though

i only want anppetite suppresant pill...i know i have to work the wight off myself but im allways craving sugar now,chocolate etc...im 41 yrs old..cant shift weight easy either...

I have been prescibed Reductil and started taking them on Monday. I had a bit of a dry mouth the first 2 days and didn't sleep very well until last night. They have definitely worked so far, I am not hungry at all and am eating only because I know I have to. I think that providing you take these with the right attitude (as I hope I now have), I can educate myself to eat healthily when I do eat. By the way you have to have your blood pressure checked regularly as the pills can increase it. Doc only gave them to me as mine was ok.

i tried the silver slimming tablets. they work at cutting your food intake, i found that when i wanted chocolate i had a bite and that was enough so instead of eating the wholw bar i would just nibble on it all day. they are around 9 pound for a weeks supply or 40 pound for a 7 week supply. you take them at 10 am and at 3 pm, but if you do take them much later than 3 you find it hard to sleep as they give you energy.
