underarm rash

on monday my armpits started to hurt abit but i didnt really take mcuh notice of it but today it started to hurt more. i dont no why i have it. i am not overwieght and its not from shaving. i used fcuk body spray under my armpits and simple roll on and another 1. i have used them before and nothing has happened. when i strach my arms they hurt. they sre not icty. i think its a rash, there are no bumps. they are red and they sting. what should i do? please repley soon xx

Could it be a heat rash?

Shaving can irritate them if you're not wet your underarms enough first, especially if it's hot and you put perfumed spray on as well.

Treat them gently, wash with a gentle unperfumed wash such as Sanex or Carex and don't scrub or irritate them and use a sensitive deodorant, probably a gentle unperfumed spray from a distance.

Keep your underarms cool and fresh and clean.
