Red spots around eye area

I started using an eye cream for my eye bags and eye rings. A couple of days started using, I noticed small red spots (smaller than freckles) appearing at the eye area. They look like little red blood spots. Should I stop using the eye cream?

Definitely! Sounds like you're allergic. That happens to me when I use cucumber based creams :P
