Diet Buddy?

Just looking to lose the last 6lbs - 10lbs and wandering if there was anyone out there who fancied being my diet buddy?

We could let each other know how we are getting on, what we've eaten through the week, want we managed to say NO to!! and how we're feeling it's going . . .

I'm fluctuate between 10.8 and 10.10 and just feel i need some help to get rid of those last few pounds!!!

Yes I could do with a diet buddy myself
I weigh 10 stone 8 and want to get back down to 9stone so if we can support each other that would be great
I follow slimming world diet
I started last week doing rosemary conley exercise each week and next week I am going to do 15 mins on treadmill as well
The exercise really helps to tone up x
i typically follow weight watchers and aim for 20 points a day and also exercise 4 days a week, running and weights and am generally very active. i also take fat metaboliser tablets which i get from holland and barratt and i swear they are amazing. i started taking them last wed and weighed in at 67.2kg, yesterday i weighed in at 65.7kg... nothing has changed except for taking them...
How much are they redders01?
I have never tried anything like that but I might give them a go x

Can't belive the quick response and that we're such a simillar weight will be a bonus!

I would need to eat a "normail" meal in the evenings with my boyfriend so would thta be OK on Slimmming World? How exactly does it work? And the Rosemary Conley exercises . . . can they be done at home? Get home quite late from work most nights so keeping to the gym has been difficult! But i'm trying to run on the roads more . . . i think what would work best for me is if i could have a plan set up for the week and now that someone else knew it i'd stick to it coz i wouldn't want to let them down . . does that make sense???? :-)

Redders . . . you are a gym fanatic aren't you?!!! How much are the fat metabolisers? They sound v good?

Do you both weight once a week or throughout the week?

One of her dvd's is 3, 20mins workouts that are quick and do show results I do this every morning round my son and it's just long enough that he doesn't get bored and trip me up lol also I have bought a treadmill that I use at night when he gone to bed put some music on and the time flies by
Slimming world meals are great as I do the same for my kids but maybe had chicken nuggets to theirs
On green days its pasta potatoes etc and red days is meat so you could do similar meals for your boyfriend
If you like cooking then it's great as its meals from scratch
What helps me is going to the group each week knowing I will be weighed there

Workout video sounds good . . . 20 mins would be easy for me to fit in . . . will have a look for it in town tomorrow!

How much does it cost to be a member of slimming world? And do you have to be a certain amount overweight to join?
It's ten pound to join then �4.50 each week
I think as long as you are not too close to the lowest weight for your height it doesn't matter and once you are at target you become a target member which means you dont pay anymore unless you go 3lbs over or under your final weight
slimming world some times do half price to join so thats 5 pound then 4.50 a week
the fat metabolisers are from holland and barratt and for 56 (4 week plan) you are talking a fiver (normally always on special offer). if you are looking to exercise from home, instead of a workout dvd, get yourself a fitness ball and some little hand weights (or big tins of beans). you can pretty much tone your WHOLE body using this and then neighbours/boyf will not think you are crazy having a little dance in front of the tv. you need to think slim. when i was once really fat (i am 5ft 10 and at my fattest weighed over 15st) i stuck photos of gisele everywhere, on my fridge, in my diary, in my wallet and i could picture my face on her body and within 3 months i had dropped 5 st no joke, just from following the weight watchers points system. THEN i started to exercise to tone what was left.
