In my experience- osteopathy works, + chiropractic doesn't., and physio is the best! Probably all depends on what your problem is though.
Very little difference - they both work on the same principles but train within different schools. I've been to both and found them both excellent - but prefered chiropracty - was more thorough medically than osteopathy. I've also been to a physio and thought it was useless! The exercises my chiropractor gave me to do far surpassed those recommended by the NHS physio.
