I have very red patches on the palm side of both hands - mostly on the outer side (the part of the hand running down from the little finger). It's constantly red and looks blotchy, and sometimes it flares up and looks very bright red. Does anyone know what could cause this and what can be done to remedy it? It's quite embarassing! (i've also got rosecia on my face, only really on the actual tops of my cheeks, which I cover with conceale - could this be related?). Anyone got a magic cure for me??

Thanks

Red patches on the palms of the hand can be a sign of many things. Some serious some not. See a doctor.
Aggree there, don't want to worry you but my husband had it and it was a symptom of his heart problems.
