Over tha last couple of years I have put on some extra weight due to medication that I want to shift. I so far have done nothing about it. I know eating better is going to be the way to start but what about exercise? I have never really done any exercise, I walk to and from work and have a hectic job where I am running around up and down stairs all day but apart fomr that nothing. The weight seems to mainly have gone on my hips and stomach - the tummy seems to me like it will be easier to shift but what about the hips - how and what exercises should I be doing. I cannot afford a gym membership. Thanks guys.

The lateral thigh trainer is very good. Ebay have some quite cheap!!
I would say the best way to exercise is cycling. It gets you to places, it is enjoyable and you can loose weight and get fit.
