thought this said i have a mouth lol sorry good luck with the weight loss xx
Just go as you are and be yoursself and stop worrying about the ex husbands girlfriend.

She may not evern bother turning up and so you've worried yourself for nothing.

Maybe consult your doctor for healthier eating ideas or plans as some commercial dieting ideas tend not to work too well.
I think you have already done really well up to now and keeping a healthy balanced diet is the best way to lose weight along with exercise.

But remember your boyfriend wants you for the way you are and left her for a reason, dont let her make you feel bad because of her own insecurities.
sorry didnt read the question properly, bet ive made you feel terrible. but your perfect the way you are anyway i bet
sorry
Get a new piece of exercise equipment yfor home you can afford and feel positive and excited about. Diet, eat plenty of fruit and veg esp. green stuff - good for your skin and try to exercise for 30-45 a night. Put some music or depending on what you are doing tv and exercise away.

Oh and as said feel positive do not get on the scales to much try and chill because the stress cannot help. Try to focus on health rather than losing weight all the time, I know its difficult but it does help.

No not drink booze, eat junk food, or snack.
I wouldn't worry about his girlfriend. You've no need to impress him, he's hardly worth your time and neither is his girlfriend.

It's more important to learn to be happy in your own skin thaan it is to be 'skinny'. I'm fairly thin, but I'm not completely happy with myself. There's things I like about myself and things I don't, and that would be the same if I were 8 stone or 18 stone - being thin isn't the key to being happy or attractive, far from it! =)
