i have alot of white fluid itchey spots coming up on my hands and wrists could anybody tell me what there are and what causes them and how to get rid of them thanks

Go to your chemist - it could be scabies.

I used to get that, it was a direct action from being out in the sun. So, you could be allergic to Sun's rays or it could be a nervous reaction to something that's going on with you just now; like exams or other worry.
Ethel is right, doctor will tell you.
