I feel that my memory is getting bad. I'm quite a forgetful person but if I'm in a situation where its rather tense & someone tells me something, I hear what they say but sometimes within 30 mins I forget what they said.
Is there a form Dyslexia which is affected by memory? Can anyone suggest anything as this is really worrying me & don't feel confident enough to see a GP.

sometimes I'm like that. I forgot that the clocks went forward yesterday. It can be very disruptive...and I understand how you feel.

I've heard ginseng is a good supplement. But I don't know if this has any side effects.

I'll keep researching and get back to you x

Try Ginkeo Biloba Sonak. You can buy it from any healthshop or online. It worked wonders for my ex boss!
I think it is spelt Gingko biloba. Take it and no memory problems despite my advancing age. Worth a try.
Take omega 3 or eat more fish, not called brain food for nothing.
