I have recently got like a dry skin patch on my face which is very itchy.the more i scratch it the more it spreads.

im no expert but it should be looked at by the practise nurse or a doctor it could just be excema but it could be impetigo which spreads easily, is infectious and needs cream from doc

Yeah go to the Doctors they may prescribe you with a cream with a mild steroid in it which should clear it up?
